As part of succession solutions, industry concepts (“Buy&Build”) and corporate spin-offs, we take a majority stake in medium-sized companies and/or provide capital for growth and acquisitions.

The Latin word “AUCTUS” stands for our entrepreneurial program: “Sustainable Growth”. Together with the management of our investments, we strive to achieve a permanent increase in the company’s value through sales and earnings growth.

Afinum invests in healthy medium-sized companies in the DACH region, regardless of the industry. The focus of the investment approach is on classic succession planning or separation from medium-sized corporate groups, combined with the development and implementation of growth initiatives. Since it was founded in 2000, Afinum has successfully supported a large number of medium-sized companies from different industries and in different situations in their further development.
